Intermediate

Now you have become comfortable on the floor. You are in your groove and you are happy about it. You are starting to more advanced dances and replacing some of the dances you’ve learned before with more complicated versions.

It’s a good time to start a mix of Intermediate dances that you haven’t learned with ones you know well. To help continue to train those feet to respond to your wishes at this faster pace:
1.) take the video of the dance that you know well and play it a speed of 1.25 that setting is available in the YouTube settings,

2.) when practicing at home, instead of dancing with the line-dance demo, dance to just the music video,

3.) go back to the basics and add even more of your own pizzazz to the individual steps.

4.) Look for steps that you aren’t familiar with in new dances and practice them outside of the dance.

We Dance Everywhere

Our dance club regularly provides demonstrations of line dancing and couples dancing in exhibitions at various community events, including several Relay for Life events and some of the Project Graduations that are held in the surrounding area.

The club has also provided music and dancing at private birthday parties.

We will dance at nursing homes or assisted living facilities.

Basically, if there is a chance to dance, we’ll do it …

So if your club or organization is interested in having Night Moves Dance Club members perform an exhibition, please call or e-mail!
